Tyler is a dynamic attorney at the intersection of technology, startups, and creativity. With expertise in corporate transactions, creative dealmaking, venture capital, M&A, data privacy, and intellectual property, he helps entrepreneurs and creators focus on what they do best—innovating.

As former Deputy General Counsel of Papa Inc. (~$1B, VC-backed, Series D), Tyler provided strategic legal counsel across the company, from commercial agreements and product development to employment law and data privacy. Prior to Papa, he honed his skills at Greenberg Traurig (AmLaw 20), he advised public and private companies, founders, and investors on high-stakes corporate and technology transactions, privacy, and cybersecurity.

Tyler holds a JD/MBA from the University of Miami (magna cum laude) and a BFA from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, where he studied at the Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music. His background in both law and the creative industries gives him a unique edge in guiding startups, artists, and innovators through entity formation, fundraising, commercial agreements, and IP management.
